Please read these terms and conditions carefully. The commission or use of services implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Prices & Payments

Charges for services to be provided by www.bestselling-covers.com are defined in the Services tab on this website.

Invoices will be issued by www.bestselling-covers.com after the Artwork & before collection/delivery. Invoices are primarily sent via email. Payment in full is due within three days of the invoice. www.bestselling-covers.com requires $100 deposit to secure a time slot; 50% deposit from the Client to confirm a project to be paid within twenty-four hours after initial draft approval.

Premade Covers must be paid in full within 24 hours from the invoice.

Please note, that www.bestselling-covers.com does not accept payment via installments. www.bestselling-covers.com accepts payment by the following methods:

Photo Provision

Images must be owned by the client or have rights to them, and any action or claim relating to an image is the client's responsibility. Www.bestselling-covers.com is not responsible or liable for anything. Www.bestselling-covers.com does not create custom illustrations beyond those under mass distribution within licensing in terms of extensive digital art painting. Please contact a digital artist of your choice before approval so www.bestselling-covers.com can vet the image.

Artwork progress

Once work commences, www.bestselling-covers.com will email photos of the progress of the Artwork & estimated completion date. Once the Artwork is complete www.bestselling-covers.com will email the Client a watermarked digital photo of the finished Cover/Artwork.

Copyright

www.bestselling-covers.com retains the copyright to the artwork created for the Client. www.bestselling-covers.com will not reproduce the Artwork & its usage will not be allowed on any other website apart from the www.bestselling-covers.com website and social media pages unless the Client gives written permission to do so.

www.bestselling-covers.com reserved the right to display the artwork on its website and social media pages twenty-four hours after the official release date provided by the client. The client is responsible for notifying www.bestselling-covers.com about any changes or delays of the release date with twenty-four hours’ notice (if possible).

Exclusive license rights to the works done are given to the client after full payment is processed and received by www.bestselling-covers.com.

All graphics and photos used by www.bestselling-covers.com are trackable and include commercial use license.

Revisions

Www.bestselling-covers.com make every effort to ensure the client is happy with all aspects of the proposed artwork before www.bestselling-covers.com begin, by creating initial sketches and mockups, and throughout the process by providing regular updates and photos of its progress. However, sometimes certain aspects need reworking during the process.
Many alterations are easily fixed (eg hue changes). These are classed as minor alterations, and no extra charge is necessary.
Should any major alterations (eg structural changes) be required once work has begun, will warrant an extra charge of $75. All Cover Bundles and services come with a set of free revisions available as stated on the Services page.

Requests which do not meet industry standards, genre-appropriate design, or any offensive or explicit ideas which violate terms of service will not be allowed.

Acknowledgment

As part of the Client's agreement, they will acknowledge www.bestselling-covers.com in full writing or by hyperlink in any future forms of creative content, whether it's an e-book, a print copy, an audiobook, or any format in exact wording:

Cancelation & Refund

Custom Covers: The client can cancel and receive a full refund only up to 24 hours after a 50% deposit is paid. After that time due to invested time and resources, no refund will be possible.

If the project is canceled by www.bestselling-covers.com (which would apply only to an absolute emergency) the client will receive a full refund regardless of the stage of the process.

Premade Covers: No refund

The client will have no rights to any mock-ups/drafts and sketches sent to the client and agrees to destroy them.

In case communication fails on the part of the Client for 15 days (that is, the Client does not reply to any communication from www.bestselling-covers.com). Www.bestselling-covers.com will issue a warning email. If this warning email is not replied to and communication does not resume within the following period of 15 days, www.bestselling-covers.com reserves the right to terminate the commission. If this occurs, all deposits will be retained by www.bestselling-covers.com and the commission will be canceled.

To continue the commission at a later date, the Client will need to request a new project, sign a new Commission Agreement, and pay a further deposit.

Liability

Www.bestselling-covers.com will never be held financially or legally responsible for any problems, costs, fees, or expenses incurred by the client as a result of using the book cover design. Www.bestselling-covers.com will not be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including loss of revenues or profits, loss of business or reputation, or loss of data in any way connected with the company's services. It is expressly understood that www.bestselling-covers.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by errors or inaccuracies appearing on our site or in our clients' written documents, including but not limited to as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Www.bestselling-covers.com reserves the right to make reasonable revisions to these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Records are kept of all revisions and the dates they are implemented.
